Delete your BuildConnect account
Use this page to request deletion of your BuildConnect UK account and associated personal data.
What happens
BuildConnect will verify and process the request against the account you are signed into. Personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or contractual obligations. Those records will remain restricted to the purpose for which retention is required.
If a paid BuildConnect Compliance subscription is active, submitting a deletion request schedules it to stop renewing at the end of the current billing period so further recurring charges are not created while the request is being processed.
